| My garden is a mess. Actually it is not _my_ garden but the owner of the building lets me use it and since he lives somewhere else the garden is not kept.
A couple of years back it was all just a big pile of dirt and I thought, why not plant some flowers. So I bought some flower seeds and just threw them on the pile of dirt.
Nothing happened that year. The year after that nothing continued to happen. Last year I was thrilled to see a couple of handfulls of red flowers in my garden. This year it went crazy. Literally hundreds of them, all in a beautiful red, now occupy what used to be just a pile of dirt.
This is the kind of gardening I can relate to. No effort, just patience. :-) |
