Coloured straight image

This image was taken from a roof top apartment similar to the ones in the photo. It’s difficult retaining saturation due to the pollution problem. It seemed a little better early morning especially after rain (it just didn’t rain much). The housing density in Old Delhi amazed me. The prices are so high that they are unreachable for all but the wealthy. I saw business people living in the slums. The population of Delhi is around 14 million with India’s total population in excess of 1 billion. It is soon to take over China’s mantle of the most populated country in the world.

Justin, this photo series truly captured my imagination. You captured your subjects perfectly. This one in particular, as well as the car and bicycle image are in my opinion wonderfully representative of a mysterious(to me) culture. Thanks for taking the time to display your series.
