Thursday 15 January 2004 David LaChapelle shows some excellent photography on his site. Some of the shots are a little too airbrushed for my taste, but most are just yummi! [via Bubber and K10k]

New Exhibition: This summer my girlfriend and I travelled through Russia, Mongolia, and China along the route of the Trans-Siberian Railway.
I'm proud to present the first of three new exhibitions with photography from this trip. Moscow and More contains 47 photos from Moscow, Siberia, Lake Baikal, and other Russian locations along the route of the Trans-Siberian Railway.
Two more exhibitions are on their way. The next will have some amazing images from Mongolia, and last of this series will be about the wildly interesting China. These exhibitions will be online soon(ish). Watch this space!

Must-see photography: Cartographies by Tatiana Parcero is the Agfanet online gallery og the month.
Agfanet say: "The biological body only satisfies our needs in exceptional cases. When it is painted or tattooed, it can tread new ground that is ordered by the map on the skin. Photographer Tatiana Parcero has mapped bodyscapes of this kind. By projecting anatomical drawings, atlases and old Maya writings onto it, she transports the body into a strange dream world."
I say: Beautiful work! This is must-see photography!
