After Mads posted a link to The Lomographic Society I have been browsing around on their site, and I have to say that many of these Lomo-pictures are simply beautiful! The colours, the colours... Additionally, the site is very well-crafted, and there's so much stuff in there that it's the source of hours of good fun and visual experience. More than 32.000 images online in the "World Archive", and it's also exciting to read about the Soviet roots of the legendary Lomo LC-A :)

New photo online: Suzanne Galoway shows a fine example of a cross-processed cross-dresser. Well... not quite. I don't think there's any cross-dressing involved in "Kiss" but it definitely is a cross-processed portrait. And a good one! Make sure you check it out in the People Exhibition. You'll also find a couple of Suzanne's polaroid transfer experiments on display.

Wednesday 05 March 2003 Allen Venables has his excellent photography wrapped in a neat Flash interface. It's all a bit too flashy for my taste but the photography is really nice. Also I don't think I've ever seen a Flash site this fast. Just goes to show that all those painfully slow transitions that are so common in Flash sites are really caused by sloppy coding and/or bad design.
