As a photo journalist Ami Vitale tells stories from places tormented by war and poverty. I must admit that all this hardship is a bit much to take in before breakfast but I also acknowledge the importance of getting the stories to the world.
The photography is exceptionally beautiful and as tasteful as it gets under the circumstances. If you haven't had your breakfast yet but still want to check out Amy's wonderful photography it is quite safe to see exhibitions: "Pushkar - Camel Fair", "Varanassi - Sacres Ganges", and "Guinea-Bissau - Notes From a Mud Hut". But you should also check out all the rest of her work - it deserves to be seen! Thanks to Mark for the link.

Eolo Perfido is an Italian photographer specializing in fashion & beauty photography. There's lots of super nice photos (mainly b/w + sepia toned) right on the front page which means a rather heavy download. But if you're into this kind of photography it is well worth the wait.
